Coronavirus Dashboard v2

This COVID-19 dashboard provides data on current positive COVID-19 cases related to Kent State University’s 8-campus system. The data represents outcomes from tests conducted at the Deweese Health Center as well as self-reported information from those in our community who have been tested at another location.

Also included below is the current status of operations for each Kent State University Campus. Circumstances and changes in operations may vary from campus to campus, and modifications in instruction delivery and operations will be made accordingly.

There is no definitive number of positive cases that would lead to a change in campus operations, however several indicators are monitored and evaluated continually, including the number of positive cases and the availability of tests and PPE supplies. These factors play a critical role in evaluating the status for each campus.

Kent State is prepared for all situations, including the possibility that we must adjust our mix of in-person and remote courses (meaning that some courses currently taught in-person may move to remote delivery, while courses that cannot be delivered remotely continue to be delivered in-person), or once again convert to all remote instruction, whether it be for a few weeks or a longer duration.

University leaders and health experts monitor all state and federal guidelines and are prepared to react quickly to ensure the health and safety of the entire community.
