Working Remotely (Teleworking) Through COVID-19

Kent State's commitment to safely and effectively meet the public health challenge presented by COVID-19 extends to having most university employees work from home in the coming weeks. Because telework may be unfamiliar to employees and supervisors, we have created the following resources at our Working Through COVID-19 webpage, which includes:

  • Showing empathy – your IMPACT services are here for you 
  • Teleworking plan and agreement form (sample for optional use)
  • Teleworking technology checklist

We believe these resources will provide guidance necessary for supervisors, employees and departments as you set up temporary remote work arrangements quickly and successfully for the weeks ahead.
