This privacy policy and terms of service only apply to SMS messages sent from the Element451 platform and is separate from other messaging platforms the university may use, including but not limited to KSU Navigate (the university advising platform) and Flash ALERTS (the crisis communications platform).

Privacy Policy for University Marketing Texts

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive informational and transactional SMS messages from us related to university marketing, enrollment and student services. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of enrollment or participation.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
