Kent State President to Deliver Her First State of the University Address: Celebrating Today, Imagining Tomorrow

WHAT:
Kent State University President Beverly Warren will deliver her first State of the University address on Thursday, Nov. 19, at 3 p.m. in the Kent Student Center Kiva. Kent State faculty, staff, students and members of the community are invited to attend the event, which is themed “Celebrating Today, Imagining Tomorrow.” A reception will follow in Room 206, Kent Student Center. Kent State’s Regional Campuses will host watch locations for their campus communities. 
 
“As we approach the season of giving thanks, I remain deeply grateful, truly proud and enormously excited to be part of the most gifted and giving community I know,” Warren said. “In that spirit, I invite you to join me as I give my first State of the University Address. It will be an opportunity for us to look back and celebrate our community’s many accomplishments, and to look forward to reaching even greater heights as we imagine a bold, brilliant and purpose-driven future.”
