Flu Shot Clinic at DeWeese Health Center on Dec. 13

On Thursday, Dec. 13, University Health Services will host a flu clinic from 2 to 5 p.m. at the DeWeese Health Center.

On Thursday, Dec. 13, University Health Services will host a flu clinic from 2 to 5 p.m. at the DeWeese Health Center. The clinic is open to Kent State University faculty and staff (and their dependents age six and above) and provide a convenient way for employees and their families to get their annual immunization.

Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is encouraged. If you are interested in receiving a flu shot, click here to sign up.  Make sure to bring the appropriate forms (Flu Shot and Consent Form) with you to your scheduled appointment. The forms will be available to print when you register for your vaccine.
For employees and their dependents covered by one of Kent State's medical providers, Anthem or Medical Mutual, the cost of the flu shot is covered in full. You must bring your insurance ID card with you. For all others, the cost is $20, payable by cash or check.
