LeAnn Rimes Concert Rescheduled

The LeAnn Rimes Acoustic concert, originally scheduled for July 26, has been rescheduled for Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center at Kent State University at Tuscarawas. Rimes had cancelled the July 26 date due to an emergency medical procedure. Tickets for the LeAnn Rimes Acoustic concert range from $49 to $69.

Rimes is a country and pop singer who has received two Grammy awards, three Academy of Country Music awards, a Country Music Association award, 12 Billboard Music Awards and one American Music Award.

"We are thrilled to accommodate our patrons and bring this country superstar to the Performing Arts Center," says Mike Morelli, general manager for the Performing Arts Center. "All refunds from the July 26 concert have been processed.”

Original ticket holders were given the first opportunity to repurchase their original seats from Aug. 8 - 10.  All remaining tickets will go on sale Aug. 14.

Free parking is available for all shows. The Performing Arts Center at Kent State Tuscarawas is located at 330 University Dr. NE, New Philadelphia.
