Kent State University has been named a Military Friendly School by G.I. Jobs magazine for the fourth year in a row. In addition, Kent State University at Ashtabula and Kent State University at Tuscarawas also received the honors, both for the third year in a row.

Kent State University was recently awarded membership to the Ohio Space Grant Consortium (OSGC), a NASA-sponsored program designed to provide scholarships and research funding to students and faculty who are interested in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

Kent State University’s Homecoming took place Saturday, Oct. 20. Sponsored by the Kent State University Alumni Association, the day was filled with tradition and exciting activities. One highlight includes The Golden Flashes win over the Western Michigan Broncos, 41-24.
